 Hi I'm James, I was inspired to start FairFlight when my mum
and brother vowed never to take an un-named British airline flight again 
after a traumatic experience with a broken toilet delaying their
flight by almost 8 hours, they were then messed about by 'airline'

who used a multitude of sneaky tactics to weasel out of
compensating my family.

 

I hate it when big organizations bully individuals and I want to help turn the odds back in your favor and take the hassle out of it too.
